How do I differentiate between DJ Services?

You would differentiate between DJ services depending on the type of event that you are planning to have.

What types of events are your specialty?

I would say that my specialty event is a bar or club event and keeping the dance floor packed.

How involved can we be in selecting music for our event?

As for music selection for an event, feel free to shoot us an email with a playlist attached prior to your event. We would recommending sending the playlist at least 7 days in advance of the event.

Can we visit you at a performance?

We can certainly make arrangements for a prospective client to to see me in action prior to booking a gig. I can provide a list of dates to you and I'll give my client a heads up on the date you decide to preview our services.

Do you offer a written contract or is it word of mouth?

We offer a written contract/invoice with all of the fees itemized. We accept payment by cash, check and credit card. There is a 4% processing fee for online payments.

What makes you different from your competitors?

At this stage in my career my best asset is experience, music knowledge and flexibility. I try to only book gigs that I feel will truly mesh well with my musical vibe and pallet.

What if something comes up and you are unable to make it to my event?

In the event of an emergency, I have a team of fellow DJ's on hand and ready at a moments notice.

What deposit do you require?

We require $100 or 15% (of total fee exceeding $1,000) security deposit payment to reserve an event date.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use two mobile speakers, a DJ controller and laptop for music. Our setup requires a 6ft table and power source.

Do you need access to the venue before the event in question?

Depending on the logistics of the venue a prior inspection may be appropriate. We reserve the right to make this a judgement call on a per event basis.
